The second meeting of the Expert Panel for the "CAMPUS Asia Common Quality Assurance Standards Project" was held at the Takebashi Office of NIAD-QE on December 1, 2023. This panel was established to obtain expert knowledge and insights on the development of the "Common Quality Assurance Standards."

In this second meeting, the panel members continued their discussions to enhance the validity of the "Common Quality Assurance Standards (Preliminary Draft)" based on the suggestions and the status of initiatives from the consortiums obtained through the "Online Questionnaire regarding the 'Common Quality Assurance Standards (Preliminary Draft).'" This online questionnaire was conducted among the CAMPUS Asia consortiums between July and September 2023.

The panel members also shared their professional viewpoints and practical experiences to exchange opinions on further elaborating the "Common Quality Assurance Standards (Preliminary Draft)." Furthermore, active discussions were held concerning the interview survey scheduled to be conducted in the year 2024-2025.

Finally, the panel confirmed that they will continue deliberations to finalize the "Common Quality Assurance Standards" based on the comments and suggestions provided at this meeting and reaffirmed the importance of quality assurance in inter-university exchanges.
